Going back to the basics

As the pandemic goes on and people are getting tired of the “new normal”, research shows repeatedly that it is necessary to try to keep a good mental health routine.

In detail that means to focus on healthy sleep rythms, quality food and fluids intake, as well as exercise (therefore the basics of a proper mental health). Limiting media exposure is another one.
